Thoughtful Leadership is more than a web site. We are building a global community of practitioners who use Thoughtful Leadership in their work.

Anyone interested in using Thoughtful Leadership in their work can apply to do so. Rather than creating an exclusive club of accredited agents, we are interested in spreading the use of our resources as far and wide as possible.

To facilitate this, we are inviting anyone working in the field of leadership development to submit applications for our two Thoughtful Leadership practitioner categories of Agent and Affiliate. Each provides opportunities to develop and enhance effective work and a successful business.

Affiliates receive a significant commission for each person they refer to www.thoughtfulleadership.com who completes the Thoughtful Leadership Test and then purchases a detailed report. The commission rate is currently 50% of the profits from each sale. Each Affiliate and Agent will be allocated a unique referral code, ensuring their referrals are clearly identified. In addition, 50% of the profits from all un-referred sales will be equally shared amongst Affiliates and Agents.

Agents receive all the benefits of Affiliates, but are also licensed to use Thoughtful Leadership in corporate contracts, including the development of customized portals to test thoughtful leadership, and customized results and analysis. Agents are also licensed to use our other resources such as The 90 Minute Microscope.

Affiliates and agents are required to complete the Thoughtful Leadership Test prior to application. There is no other charge for lodging an application.
