The Thoughtful Leadership Model is built around seven leadership personalities;

• Celebrity
• Commander
• Manager
• Scientist
• Coach
• Rogue
• Confidante

Each of these personalities has a positive or functional side, and a negative or shadow side.

Another key aspect of the model is how these seven types are used together. Balanced and considered use of all seven personalities can be called 'thoughtful leadership' due to the conscious choices made in combining them. Your capacity to do this may be undeveloped, emerging, or well developed.
