The 90 Minute Microscope is s simple and effective process for assessing leadership teams against best practice. This process leads to increased awareness of best and required leadership practice. Combined with effective support, this can lead to significant improvements in leadership practice.

Four 'lenses' are used to look at the current leadership practice, each with increasing magnification:

1. Definition of leadership
2. Current best practice leadership
3. Best practice in the industry/field
4. Best practice in your organisation.

These lenses are then used to assess the leadership behaviours currently existing, and to identify areas of improvement. This process takes 90 Minutes, as the name suggests.
