Thoughtful Leadership offer a range of products and services built around the Thoughtful Leadership Model. These fall into two general categories - leadership assessment and leadership development.

Our testing products are aimed at individuals interested in assessing their leadership abilities, and organisations who wish to test the leadership of their staff or members.

Leadership Assessment

The Thoughtful Leadership Test can be used for both assessment and development purposes. Individuals may simply take the test, purchase the comprehensive report, and use this to guide their own self develpment. People in organisations may do the same and compare their results. Their comparative results may be compiled into a report that profiles the thoughtful leadership of a team or group. This involves a moderate set up fee (negotiated per contract), and the standard fee per test ($19.95). Contact us for more information.

An additional test is in production that will provide for peer review of leadership abilities. This may be combined with the Thoughtful Leadership test to create a thorough report of the leadership profile of a team, group, or organisation. Again, this will involve a set up fee and a cost per test. Due to the volume of testing involved in this process, a significant discount will apply to the charge per test. Our leadership assessment instruments identify specific areas of development that can be addressed by your choice of methods, from self guided development, to formal coaching and training.
